April, 2023. Dr. Joshua Lukemire will be starting as a Research Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics. Josh has substantial research experience and expertise in neuroimaging and NIRS pediatric imaging. We are excited that Josh will continue his research program as a faculty at Emory BIOS!
HINT 2.0 version is now available at Emory CBIS GitHub. The 2.0 version adds the longitudinal hierarchical covariate-adjusted ICA for analyzing longitudinal imaging studies. Josh Lukemire taught a Mini-course on HINT 2.0 at the SMI 2022 conference.

Our paper proposing a longitudinal ICA (L-ICA) model (by Yikai Wang and Ying Guo) is in press in NeuroImage, Dec. 2018. The L-ICA extends ICA to longitudinal studies.
